Job Description

About the Role

The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Marketing Department in the execution of various marketing campaigns, tactics, and ad hoc projects. This role ensures seamless coordination and delivery of marketing tasks, project management of ad hoc marketing requests, and administrative support for department's senior leaders. Duties include facilitating projects with internal clients, external vendors, and agencies to ensure initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning, executing, and tracking marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including tracking project milestones, deliverables, and deadlines.
  • Coordinate project logistics to ensure campaigns align with organizational goals and timelines.
  • Manage vendor contracts, invoicing, and billing to ensure proper documentation and payment.
  • Develop and disseminate internal communication messaging to support marketing initiatives.
  • Develop and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, reports, and presentation materials.
  • Prepare RTPs, process expense reports and invoices, and perform budget reconciliation.
  • Coordinate the needs of the department from a day-to-day basis, including ordering supplies and arranging office moves.
  • Organize schedules to maximize productivity and minimize conflicts, including scheduling meetings, conferences, and travel plans.
  • Enter data such as timesheets for department members.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in Marketing, Communication, Public Relations, or Advertising.
  • Valid NJ Driver's License required.
  • 2-4 years of professional marketing experience preferred.
  • Working knowledge of the fundamentals of marketing practices required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications required.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and digital tools.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with attention to detail.
  • Excellent professional written and verbal communication skills, including proofreading.
  • Firm grasp on various marketing platforms and channels.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment without sacrificing quality.

Qualifications

  • Educational background with a Bachelor's Degree in relevant fields
  • Professional marketing experience of 2-4 years preferred
