The role of Senior Retail Marketing Manager involves driving storytelling and experience strategies across T-Mobile's store portfolio, building comprehensive marketing strategies for products, services, and segments, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver on brand and commercial objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop retail marketing strategies and manage plans that deliver on campaign, enterprise and brand goals and further our retail transformation.
  • Leverage data, analytics and segmentation to find opportunities and insights and translate needs into executable retail marketing plans that improve customer experience, impact performance and deliver on objectives.
  • Own and author retail storytelling/marketing plans, including driving development of brand pillar stories and supporting tactics that align to the organization's goals and objectives.
  • Establish effective relationships with leadership and key stakeholders across retail, commercial and marketing/brand functions to align on retail and campaign priorities, strategic tactical plans and orchestrate teams/resources to bring plans to market on time/on budget.
  • Partner with business owners, marketing strategy and internal brand creative teams on creation of retail experiences that speak to the audience and campaign objectives.
  • Collaborate with analytics and retail marketing operations teams to ensure objectives and learning agendas are tracked and performance is evaluated, reporting on strategy and tactics efficacy.
  • Create and articulate impactful, detailed retail marketing briefs that outline the vision and expected outcomes, and present to senior leadership.
  • May lead/mentor other managers and influence cross-functional teams.
  • Perform other duties/projects as assigned by business management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or Marketing.
  • 4-7 years of experience in Marketing, Retail Merchandising, Product Management, or related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience delivering omni/multi-channel integrated campaigns at scale using data and digital tools.
  • Experience in a technology-focused marketing, merchandising or product development space preferred.
  • Exceptional ability to apply consumer insights to improve campaign strategy, targeting, and performance.
  • Demonstrated ability to structure complex strategies and communicate with leaders to drive outcomes.
  • Ability to manage cross-functional workstreams and build relationships across retail, marketing, and enterprise teams.
  • Proactive problem anticipation and operational performance management capabilities.
  • Strong communication skills to lead and present to executives.
  • Strategic thinking to drive strategy with multiple leadership levels.
  • Leadership ability to lead cross-functional teams to specific outcomes.
  • Demonstrated operational and performance management skills.
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in delivering omni/multi-channel campaigns at scale using data and digital tools.
