Key Responsibilities

Takes an active role in managing marketing projects, including creative briefs, website and artwork design, and video production.
Collaborates with team members to prepare marketing and advertising plans and assets, while keeping the team informed on project status.
Provides timely and professional updates to executive leadership, and coordinates meetings, briefings, and requests to ensure feedback is incorporated into each project.
Works with the sales team and vendors to manage tradeshow logistics, event planning, and inventory coordination, when applicable.
Assists in creating social media content and various marketing assets such as blog posts, eBooks, case studies, and more.
Prepares marketing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data from multiple sources.
Conducts competitor research to identify industry trends and inform future marketing strategies, including content and social media planning.
Supports company goals by taking ownership of new and diverse assignments as needed.

Requirements

BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience.
1 year of marketing experience; financial services industry preferred.
Excellent communicator who has demonstrated mastery of cross-team communication; knows how to keep team members on-task and on-schedule in a fast-moving, rapidly changing environment.
Proficiency in Asana or similar project management tool to log activities and provide updates to marketing team and stakeholders in a timely fashion.
Knowledgeable about marketing process and strategy including prior experience with developing marketing plans and/or strategies.
