About the Role

Part of the Marketing Services Team at Intuit, the Technology Partnerships Marketing team is responsible for listening to the market, uncovering customer insights, identifying opportunities that influence the product integrations roadmap, and developing go-to-market plans that drive revenue growth and integration adoption. We are seeking a seasoned Staff Marketing Manager to join the team. The ideal candidate will be a forward-thinking self-starter with experience translating customer insights into marketing plans that drive customer acquisition, capable of navigating ambiguity to drive meaningful action. The role involves thinking boldly, moving fast, and making a significant impact on accelerating the impact of integrations across Intuit. The candidate will partner closely with the larger Technology Partner organization, Marketing, Analytics, Sales, and others, bringing strategic vision, communication skills, collaboration, and product launch experience in highly cross-functional, dynamic environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, execute, and measure the success of several technology partner marketing campaigns and programs in collaboration with key technology partners to meet and exceed business goals.
  • Hone differentiated, insights-based value propositions for strategic partner integrations by understanding market opportunity, customer segments, competitors, business models, and positioning.
  • Contribute to research and testing plans, analyze business data from multiple sources to generate insights, build business cases, and make informed decisions that drive results.
  • Partner deeply cross-functionally to influence product and GTM roadmaps and execute end-to-end customer experiences with Product Management, Research, Analytics, Customer Success, Sales, Partnerships, Lifecycle Marketing, Events, and others.
  • Contribute to a high-performing culture and share go-to-market best practices to enhance the team's marketing craft.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of business experience in product and/or partnership marketing within SaaS/Technology companies.
  • Proven expertise in product marketing with a track record of building successful end-to-end partner marketing strategies. Small business experience is a plus.
  • Leads with customer insights, seeking new insights that result in action, and advocates internally and externally on behalf of customers.
  • Experience with consumer research and data, including qualitative and quantitative testing, with the ability to analyze and synthesize data from multiple sources and distill into clear recommendations.
  • Ability to leverage data to measure marketing performance, inform growth opportunities, and develop business cases.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and facilitation skills to drive engagement and action.
  • Understanding of hypothesis-driven experimentation and the importance of trying and failing.
  • Strong interpersonal and influencing skills in a fast-moving, cross-functional environment.
  • Demonstrated self-motivation, proactive leadership, and ability to manage multiple work streams.
  • Problem-solving skills with ambiguity, data-driven decision-making, and ownership of outcomes.
