About the Role

The Marketing Manager oversees daily operations of the Kissing Tree Welcome Center, ensuring a positive experience for guests and prospective homebuyers. This includes managing staff, scheduling, staffing for business hours and events, and maintaining operational consistency. The role involves facility upkeep, performance monitoring, and process improvements to drive efficiency and service quality. The position supports the development and execution of marketing strategies in partnership with the Sr. Marketing Manager, contributing to the company's goal of creating exceptional life experiences and reimagining real estate development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all aspects of the Welcome Center's daily operations including sourcing and scheduling trades, managing budgets, ordering supplies, and coordinating technology and ongoing maintenance of the facility.
  • Ensure the Welcome Center maintains brand standards.
  • Manage schedules and coordinate weekend coverage for occasional weekend events.
  • Ensure technology systems are maintained and utilized effectively; technology aptitude and tech skills are a must.
  • Hire, train, and lead Welcome Center Community Representatives.
  • Conduct ongoing training that supports the community brand and customer experience.
  • Ensure all guest and homebuyer touchpoints reflect the community brand.
  • Educate team members on brand values and mission to foster alignment.
  • Communicate to emphasize community features and the active adult lifestyle.
  • Coordinate across departments to ensure a seamless experience.
  • Be solution-focused and have a sense of ownership for all inquiries.
  • Provide regular updates to Sr. Marketing Manager, track visitor metrics, supply usage, and maintenance needs.
  • Communicate trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Support marketing initiatives and community events.
  • Work closely with sales and builder leadership.
  • Provide support and clarity for evolving responsibilities between the Welcome Center and sales.
  • Represent the Welcome Center at networking events.
  • Assist with Realtor outreach and community engagement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or related field preferred.
  • Experience in homebuilding or real estate a plus.
  • Ability to maintain a professional demeanor and appearance.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and other relevant technologies; technology aptitude and tech skills are a must.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to build rapport, navigate interpersonal situations with professionalism, and adapt communication styles to different audiences.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • 3+ years in customer service, hospitality, or real estate.
  • Availability to work occasional weekends for events.
