About the Role

The Marketing Intern will support the Coretec and Shaw Floors marketing team in various initiatives to promote the brands. This internship opportunity is designed to provide hands-on experience and exposure to different aspects of marketing, including digital marketing, content creation, market research, and campaign execution. The intern will work closely with the marketing team and gain valuable skills and knowledge in a professional marketing environment.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in the development of marketing campaigns
Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape
Aid in the planning and coordination of marketing events and trade shows
Collaborate with the design team to create visual assets for marketing materials, such as brochures, presentations, and advertisements
Perform data entry, organization, and maintenance of marketing databases
Support the marketing team in day-to-day administrative tasks and project coordination
Take on additional projects and responsibilities as assigned by the marketing team

Requirements

Currently pursuing a degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field
Availability to work 20-30 hours per week during the internship period
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with marketing tools and platforms is a plus
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Eagerness to learn and contribute to marketing initiatives
