About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and organize logistics for events and trade shows.
• Coordinate with vendors, venues, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Prepare and manage event materials, including promotional items and signage.
• Assist in creating and designing presentations for internal and external use.
• Ensure presentations align with brand guidelines and marketing strategies.
• Maintain and assist with sample communications and inventory management through digital platforms.
• Serve as a backup support for the Samples Coordinator role.
• Gather and organize relevant data and content for presentations.
• Maintain and update the independent rep SharePoint to support marketing and sales efforts.
• Collaborate with the Marketing Team to develop and implement communication strategies.
• Manage company event calendars for external and internal events.
• Complete administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management.
• Assist with budget tracking and expense reporting.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.
• Provide support for various marketing projects and initiatives.
• Maintain open communication with team members to facilitate collaboration.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in marketing, event coordination, or related administrative roles.
• Experience with event planning and trade show coordination.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and marketing software/tools.
• Basic graphic design skills and familiarity with design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) are advantageous.
• Attention to detail and high accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong critical thinking skills and adaptability to changing priorities.
• Willingness to travel for events and trade shows as needed.
• Ability to lift and carry materials and equipment for events.

Nice to Have

• Experience with graphic design and Adobe Creative Suite.

Qualifications
