About the Role

We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Sr. Specialist, Distributor Initiatives, to join our North America Distributor Marketing team. This role will lead the execution of key initiatives and campaigns, providing strategic input, cross-functional alignment, and ownership of mid- to large-scale marketing projects. Working closely with the Manager - Distributor Initiatives, the Sr. Specialist will support deployment of regional priorities and ensure alignment with global and regional business partners. The role will also play a central role in bringing campaigns to life across digital platforms and major Distributor events, driving engagement, awareness, and adoption of key Distributor business tools, technologies, and programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning and execution of mid- to large-scale Distributor initiative campaigns driven by business needs, including Sales & Marketing Plan updates, technology rollouts, education initiatives, and loyalty programs.
  • Manage full campaign lifecycles, including pre-launch planning, launch execution, training, and post-launch follow-up, ensuring measurable impact and Distributor adoption against KPIs.
  • Lead training and awareness calls for major Distributor initiatives in partnership with Sales and Digital Office teams, ensuring clear communication of tools, campaigns, and activation strategies.
  • Manage digital Distributor communication channels, including newsletters, marketing and banner ads on the Distributor Backoffice, and digital communication platforms.
  • Provide strategic input to the annual Distributor Initiatives calendar in partnership with Sales teams and the Manager - Distributor Initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Lead creation, maintenance, and management of campaign assets, tools, and educational content for Distributor platforms, ensuring brand standards and localization.
  • Develop quick-turn, ready-to-use field content and tools to support ad-hoc projects and last-minute requests, partnering with Regional Sales Managers.
  • Drive on-stage and digital presence of Distributor initiatives at key events, coordinating with various teams to deliver seamless activations and post-event reinforcement.
  • Prepare and present launch strategies, campaign briefs, and project updates to cross-functional partners and Distributor leadership.
  • Partner with Manager - Distributor Initiatives, Sales, and Digital Office teams to shape campaign strategies and manage content and promotional strategies across channels.
  • Collaborate with Distributor leaders and field stakeholders to secure buy-in and ensure campaign relevance.
  • Lead pre-launch and go-live coordination calls to ensure platform and event readiness.
  • Drive development and continuous improvement of campaign processes and SOPs for efficiency and scalability.
  • Collaborate with global teams to integrate strategies and maintain regional alignment, while monitoring industry and competitor trends.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of marketing experience leading projects and communicating status across multiple departments or stakeholders, preferably within the Network Marketing, Multi-Level Marketing (MLM), or B2B industry.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to execute in a process-driven environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to draft clear content and present effectively both online and in person.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage projects in a deadline-driven environment with minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint.
  • Able to thrive in high-stress event environments by staying focused, managing multiple urgent priorities, and maintaining a positive, solutions-oriented attitude under pressure.
  • Willing to travel up to 30%.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or relevant field of experience, or equivalent experience in sales and marketing.

  • Experience within the Network Marketing, MLM, or B2B industry.
  • Experience managing digital communication channels and content creation tools.
  • Experience coordinating large-scale events and activations.

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or relevant field of experience.
