Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement partner marketing strategies aligned with business objectives. Conduct market research to identify trends, partner capabilities, and competitive insights.
Build and nurture strong relationships with key partners to foster collaboration and mutual success. Co-create and execute joint marketing campaigns with partners.
Plan, manage, and optimize partner marketing campaigns to ensure alignment with global marketing goals. Monitor campaign performance and adjust tactics to maximize ROI.
Manage partner marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation and tracking of expenses.
Collaborate with sales, product, and other internal teams to align partner marketing efforts with broader company goals. Ensure clear internal communication around partner initiatives and outcomes.
Ensure all partner marketing activities adhere to Creatio's brand guidelines. Adapt global brand strategies to regional and cultural contexts.
Prepare regular reports on campaign performance, ROI, and key metrics. Leverage data and feedback to continuously improve marketing strategies.
Plan and track joint events, webinars, and trade shows with partners. Develop promotional strategies to drive attendance and engagement.
Oversee digital marketing initiatives related to partnerships, including SEO, PPC, email, and social media. Create and curate compelling content that highlights partner value propositions.
Implement strategies to enhance customer experience through partner collaborations. Collect and analyze customer feedback to inform marketing decisions.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in partner marketing, channel marketing, or related field.
Proven track record of managing successful partner campaigns and relationships.
Strong understanding of digital marketing, campaign analytics, and event planning.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
Experience working in a global, fast-paced tech environment is a plus.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
