About the Role

The internship program will run from May through August 2026. The Marketing Intern will work with our Marketing teams on special projects and assignments with a primary focus on planogram and merchandising. This opportunity will provide a striving and dynamic work environment that will provide exposure to responsibilities related to supporting our teams in Planogram, Merchandising, Category Management, Advertising, Brand Strategy, Digital, Community Connections, Insightz/Analytics, and Design.

Key Responsibilities

Shadow and assist with the execution of Planograms by observing item set-up and merchandising
Observe the execution and measurement of advertising, brand strategy, and paid media
Observe the execution and measurement of the Digital Marketing efforts
Observe the Community Connections team with execution of donations and sponsorships
Shadow and assist with Category Management by category analysis
Shadow the Insightz/Analytics team observe the process of capturing business analytics and the voice of the customer
Observe creative design strategy
Create and maintain planograms
Create new items within the planogram system
Publish PDF version of Planograms for stores to view and implement
Assist on floorplan changes
Analyze sales data
Attend assigned meetings

Requirements

Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program with coursework in Business, Marketing, or related field of study preferred
Candidates with requirements to fulfill an internship prior to graduation are preferred

Qualifications

Enrolled in an undergraduate program
Coursework in Business, Marketing, or related field of study (preferred)
