About the Role

Our team is looking for a specialist to assist in scaling our in-store signage production and design. In the role, you will be responsible for designing and producing signage for our partner Merchants. You will additionally be conducting tests to help set up new Merchants for our loyalty program. This is primarily a remote role with some requirements to be on-site at a corporate office. Additionally, the role may require travel to a merchant less than once per quarter. This role will be working closely with our restaurants across the country to understand their business requirements, optimize their product usage, check in with them on a recurring basis to gather product feedback, ensure their needs are met, and minimize churn risks.

Key Responsibilities

Designing and producing signage for partner Merchants.
Conducting tests to help set up new Merchants for the loyalty program.
Working closely with restaurants across the country to understand their business requirements.
Optimizing product usage and gathering feedback from merchants.
Ensuring merchant needs are met and minimizing churn risks.

Requirements

2-4+ years of professional experience with a proven track record of success and increasing responsibilities.
Bachelor's degree or higher (or commensurate work experience).
Experience with Figma and other common design tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Comfortable working with technical products and hardware.
Experience with Salesforce, Slack, and Google Workspaces.
