About the Role

The Marketing Designer will be responsible for creating and executing clean, creative, engaging solutions in print, web/digital, and email formats while adhering to company policies, messaging consistency, and brand coordination. This role involves working collaboratively across internal departments and with external parties to develop concepts and implement design strategies that support team goals. The position requires managing multiple projects simultaneously to produce engaging materials, website content, and infographics, contributing to the company's marketing and branding efforts.

Key Responsibilities

Create graphics for proposal and interview content, marketing campaigns, email communications, website, and employee experience content.
Create and edit pursuit and communications content using Adobe Creative Suite or other platforms.
Create technical illustrations to support new business development and enhance the employee experience.
Support proposal production and layout with the Marketing Team.
Ensure consistent branding and cross-compatibility of files and assets.
Ensure final materials are accurate, error-free, and properly prepared for production.
Manage individual project production schedules to ensure on-time delivery.
Ensure graphical solutions are compatible and effective across various media.
Research and stay current with new trends in digital and print design.
Collaborate regularly with the Marketing Team and other departments to meet company objectives.
Assist in other duties relevant to the position's and team's objectives.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in graphic design, digital design, visual communications, art direction, or comparable professional experience.
2+ years of graphic design experience.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud: InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
Strong graphic, layout, and typographic skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Detail-oriented and self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines.
Ability to conceptualize and stylize complex ideas into illustrations and graphics.
Must possess a valid driver's license and a satisfactory driving record.

Nice to Have

Portfolio of work reflecting collaborative, team-focused deliverables.
Proven expertise in working within brand guidelines.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in graphic design, digital design, visual communications, art direction, or comparable professional experience.
2+ years of graphic design experience.
