We are looking to bring on a Marketing Director with experience in Native ads to our team in Manhattan Beach, CA.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute marketing strategies; launching VSL within CPA guidelines
Work in Meta, YouTube, Google, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook & Native Channel Ads
Manage a team of video producers, developers, copywriters, etc.
Conduct market research to identify key sales targets
Drive sales growth and increase ROI
Manage campaigns and DTC funnel scaling
Implement CRO frameworks
Create VSL scripts

Requirements

BS in Marketing or related field
3+ years of experience in marketing, native ads, and related areas

Base salary ($155,000 - $175,000) + Bonus (Total Comp ($180,000 - $215,000))
