About the Role

The AT&T Marketing Excellence Program - Graduate Experience is a 24-month full-time rotational program designed to provide exposure to various marketing disciplines such as Brand, Marketing Strategy, Product Marketing, Advertising, Operations, Analytics, Digital, and Marketing Technology. The program offers targeted development opportunities, executive mentoring, and direct collaboration with top marketing leaders, aiming to develop future marketing professionals within a dynamic and innovative environment based in Dallas, TX.

Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in multiple rotations across different marketing disciplines to gain broad exposure and experience.
  • Collaborate directly with top marketing team members and executives to develop skills and build relationships.
  • Learn about marketing principles and strategies through hands-on involvement in various projects.
  • Engage in strategic and operational problem-solving to build ground-up solutions.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of marketing functions including Brand, Strategy, Digital, Analytics, and more.

Requirements

  • Deep understanding of marketing principles.
  • Experience working with qualitative and quantitative data.
  • Experience leading cross-functional projects.
  • Ability to think through strategic and operational challenges.
  • Current or previous enrollment in a graduate degree program in Business, Marketing, Communications, Fine Arts, Liberal Arts, Sales, Social Sciences, Technical fields, or other relevant areas, expected to graduate by the upcoming summer.
  • Two to seven years of full-time marketing-related work and/or military experience between undergraduate and graduate degrees.
  • Work experience in areas such as Advertising, Brand Management, Marketing Strategy, Digital Marketing, Analytics, Marketing Operations, Product Management, or Research.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with marketing tools and technologies.
  • Previous exposure to agency or media environments.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.

Qualifications

  • Enrollment in a graduate degree program in a relevant field, expected to graduate by summer.
  • Two to seven years of full-time marketing or military experience between degrees.
