Marketing Graphics & Digital Specialist

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Helps to manage the firm's and its subsidiaries' website presence, including maintaining and refreshing digital assets and creating landing pages.
• Develops and coordinates print and digital firm ads and graphics by collaborating with the Marketing department and firm for various initiatives, events, and programs.
• Creates and maintains the firm and its subsidiaries' services brochures and other marketing collateral that support their goals and strategy.
• Supports advertising efforts with media, business, and trade publications.
• Creates, utilizes, and maintains marketing templates including pitch/proposal, LinkedIn, PowerPoint, and other firm/marketing templates.
• Coordinates with the communications team on social media efforts, including copy, graphics, scheduling, links, and maintenance.
• Works closely with administrative departments to ensure onboarding and offboarding tasks are complete.
• Assists with formatting attorney and professional staff photos, stock imagery, template files, and logo files, including communicating logo guidelines and usage.
• Manages office marketing screen technology on Spectrio Enplug TV screens in select offices.
• Creates designs and approves proofs for firm products, banners, pop-ups, and other branded materials.
• Assists with branding, graphic, and user-interface functionality of the firm's intranet.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Graphic Design, Communications, or Journalism.
• 3-5 years of work experience in graphic design, communications, and/or marketing.
• Advanced knowledge and experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Experience with CMS platforms; WordPress experience is a plus.
• Familiarity and experience with SharePoint.
• Ability to work on multiple projects often with competing deadlines and complete requests in a timely fashion.
• Strong attention to detail, responsibility, accountability, and responsiveness.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills (written and verbal).
• High-level ability to work independently and use judgment to escalate questions and issues.
• Ability to explain complex subjects in clear, simple language.
• Proficient in social media tools and platforms.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Access, Publisher, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Ability to commute to Wheeling, WV 26003.

Nice to Have

• Experience with WordPress CMS platform.

Qualifications

• 3 years of marketing experience.
• 3 years of experience with Adobe Creative Suite.
• 3 years of experience with SharePoint.
