About the Role

Datwyler Healthcare is seeking a dynamic, results-driven Regional Marketing Manager to enhance market presence, drive customer engagement, and accelerate revenue growth across North and Latin America. The role involves understanding regional market nuances, building customer relationships, translating market insights into impactful marketing initiatives, and shaping regional go-to-market strategies while ensuring global alignment. The company is a high-tech, Swiss-headquartered organization specializing in elastomer components for healthcare, mobility, and other industries, with a strong corporate culture rooted in respect, trust, and appreciation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct continuous market research and analysis to gain insights into customer behaviors, preferences, pain points, and emerging trends within North and Latin America, and leverage these insights to inform marketing strategies and influence product development.
  • Act as the primary Voice of Customer for the region, bringing market and customer insights to Datwyler's functional groups to influence solutions, pricing, and positioning.
  • Forge strong relationships with key customers, strategic partners, and stakeholders across the region, facilitating engagement, feedback, and internal advocacy.
  • Plan and execute external customer-facing events such as trade shows, roadshows, tech days, and webinars to position Datwyler as a market leader and generate qualified leads.
  • Lead the creation and localization of engaging marketing content including case studies, whitepapers, blog posts, videos, digital ads, and sales enablement tools.
  • Develop and refine customer-oriented messaging and positioning to differentiate Datwyler's products and services in the market.
  • Collaborate with Global Communications Teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and support media relations and advertising efforts.
  • Develop and communicate compelling product positioning and messaging tailored to regional markets.
  • Lead regional go-to-market strategies for new product launches and updates, ensuring effective communication and market adoption.
  • Provide feedback from the regional market to product development teams to influence product roadmaps.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market strategies within the region to identify differentiators and inform marketing approaches.
  • Develop and implement an annual marketing plan aligned with sales objectives to foster strategic programs and pipeline growth.
  • Create and deliver sales tools and training to empower the sales team.
  • Utilize marketing automation, CRM, and analytics tools to track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, iterating to improve results and impact revenue.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a relevant discipline.
  • 5+ years of progressive marketing experience, including regional or field marketing within the United States and preferably Latin American markets.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute data-driven marketing strategies that impact revenue growth.
  • Proven experience in building and nurturing customer relationships.
  • Experience with product marketing, go-to-market strategies, and product positioning.
  • Strong understanding of brand protection and promotion standards.
  • Knowledge of content strategy, creation, and multi-channel distribution across digital and traditional platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools, virtual event platforms, email campaigns, web advertising, and social media channels (e.g., LinkedIn).
  • Ability to collaborate across functions and teams, including global colleagues.
  • Proven project management skills, capable of managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-starter with resourceful, entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Willingness to travel regularly within North and Latin America.
  • Experience in healthcare/pharmaceutical or highly regulated sectors.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo).
  • Previous global marketing experience focusing on North and Latin American markets.
