About the Role

The Marketing Manager - Email Focus is responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to support the company's executive leadership, corporate messaging, and line of business initiatives. The role involves managing brand alignment across marketing efforts, serving as a project manager, and contributing to marketing campaigns and tactics for designated lines of business or projects. The position requires collaboration with internal teams and adherence to industry trends and brand guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

Play a leadership role in building, aligning, and executing marketing campaigns and tactics for designated lines of business and/or assigned projects.
Assist in de novo and branch closing marketing activities, business development activities, and market disruption initiatives.
Execute complex marketing projects, working directly with internal sales, data, digital, and corporate communications teams.
Prepare and execute marketing initiatives, acting as a resource for colleagues and business partners on best practices and implementation details.
Seek opportunities to apply innovative approaches to reach audiences and implement tactical plans.
Develop and maintain metrics for monitoring continuous improvement of marketing programs.
Manage budgets for assigned projects and ensure all project approvals are recorded.
Ensure all deadlines are met and projects are aligned with lines of business.
Maintain awareness of industry trends and brand guidelines.
Represent the marketing department on project management teams.
Perform other related duties and projects as assigned.

Requirements

BA or BS degree.
Minimum of 5 years of job-related experience.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Excellent customer service skills.
Excellent project management skills.
Excellent organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented.
Ability to work and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in using a personal computer and job-related software.

Qualifications

BA or BS degree.
