Marketing Manager: Performance & Market Growth

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Continuously monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance across all channels, including tracking cost per lead (CPL), booked-job conversion rates, ROI, and overall efficiency of marketing spend.
• Develop and deliver executive-ready reporting on lead goals, channel efficiency, and revenue impact.
• Manage print and traditional media planning, execution, and vendor relationships, aligning campaigns with ROI goals.
• Partner with internal leads across SEO, SEM, Social, Email, and Aggregators to ensure campaign alignment and performance.
• Support marketing strategies for new market launches and acquisition integrations, ensuring brand consistency and lead generation.
• Oversee execution of acquisition-related marketing tasks such as digital assets, GMB updates, press releases, and redirects.
• Work closely with Sales and Operations to align marketing activity with technician capacity and revenue goals.
• Develop, monitor, and optimize marketing budgets across channels and markets, managing $12-15M in annual media spend.
• Provide insights and recommendations to leadership based on data analysis to improve campaign efficiency and ROI.
• Oversee resource allocation to support both short-term efficiency and long-term growth.

Requirements

• Proven ability to track CPL, booked jobs, ROI, and drive measurable efficiency improvements.
• Experience managing traditional media (print, direct mail, broadcast) alongside digital channels.
• Familiarity with launching new markets and supporting acquisition marketing strategies.
• Ability to leverage data using tools like Excel and BI platforms such as Tableau and Power BI for decision-making.
• Adept at working cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, and vendors.
• Experience building and managing large marketing budgets with a performance mindset.
• Strong communication skills to translate data into insights and recommendations.
• Thorough understanding of performance marketing, media buying, and campaign optimization.
• 5+ years of performance marketing experience, preferably in a multi-location or service-based environment.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

• Greenfield and acquisition marketing background.
