Key Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and develop a team of marketing agents to drive performance and achieve goals
Oversee day-to-day marketing operations, including training and onboarding new team members
Set and track team performance metrics, ensuring sales targets and KPIs are met
Actively engage in personal production to lead by example
Implement strategies to increase tour flow and maximize lead generation
Collaborate with leadership to optimize marketing efforts and drive business growth
