About the Role

The Marketing Manager - Rewards, Ratings, & Sentiment at DoorDash is responsible for working with product management, business, marketing, and creative teams to drive Dasher sentiment and engagement. The role involves supporting strategic marketing initiatives, managing campaigns, and collaborating with research teams to identify Dasher needs and trends. The team is small, dynamic, and focused on scaling rewards and benefits to recognize Dashers for their service and consistency, ultimately impacting both Dashers and the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the development and execution of go-to-market plans that exceed new and existing feature adoption and satisfaction goals with Dashers.
  • Execute marketing experimentation for new offerings that Dashers value and adopt, and develop plans based on key learnings for future growth.
  • Own the success of campaigns or tests by writing content, setting up in-app and email campaigns, and coordinating with partners to execute strategies.
  • Partner with research teams to support and implement customer research, providing actionable insights to improve marketing and product strategies.
  • Participate in weekly business reviews with cross-functional teams from Product, Brand, CRM, and Operations, reporting progress and making recommendations.
  • Analyze product metrics to uncover opportunities for marketing and adjust messaging and positioning accordingly.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional experience in a marketing or strategy role within a high-growth, fast-paced environment, with experience working with Product and Strategy teams.
  • At least 1 year of direct management experience.
  • Fluency with data analysis, including market/segment sizing, forecasting, and understanding campaign efficacy through analytics.
  • Experience running tests and leveraging Excel and SQL to gather insights and identify trends.
  • Ability to switch seamlessly between strategy and execution while working across various cross-functional teams.
  • Strong project management and leadership skills, especially in digital marketing or sales campaigns.
  • A growth and performance mindset, excellent storytelling ability, and enthusiasm for technology products impacting millions.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with A/B testing and product launches.
  • Experience working with research teams like UXR and Audience insights.
  • Experience in digital marketing or sales campaigns.

Qualifications

  • Management experience in a relevant field.
  • Experience with SQL and analytics tools.
  • Proven ability to lead marketing campaigns and experiments.
