This role involves supporting the development and execution of client programs to deepen relationships with issuer and merchant clients, and launching Visa products with partners in Fintech.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the development and execution of client programs that optimize the use of Visa marketing platforms and initiatives.
  • Deliver thought leadership advisory services and/or execute marketing programs to help grow clients' payment card business and drive incremental revenue for Visa and its clients.
  • Plan and execute marketing strategies and partnership initiatives to grow Visa's business with issuer clients.
  • Activate Visa marketing analyses, platforms/initiatives, and strategic sponsorship assets.
  • Build partnership relationships with cross-functional teams including Sales, Product, Marketing, and agencies to deliver marketing plans that meet business goals.
  • Thrive in a fast-moving, highly matrixed environment, working collaboratively and independently.

Requirements

  • 5 years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g., Masters, MBA).
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort with numbers.
  • Excellent written and in-person communication skills.
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional, end-to-end projects with high attention to detail.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and able to propose solutions and ask questions.
  • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Willingness to travel 5-10%.
  • Experience in issuer marketing, payment industry, or consulting is preferred.
  • Experience designing and executing multichannel marketing campaigns (e.g., paid social, search engine marketing, email, direct mail) across the marketing lifecycle.

Nice to Have

  • Prior experience in financial services, payments, or consulting.
  • Prior experience with issuer marketing and/or payment industry.
  • Experience with project management, marketing or business strategy, product launches or planning.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher (e.g., Masters, MBA).
  • 5-8 years of business experience, primarily in marketing or consulting roles.
