About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Completing the process of booking eligible tours via phone and face-to-face interactions.
• Selling mini-vacation packages to other HGV resorts to generate potential revenue.
• Responding to guest requests in a timely manner and representing HGV professionally.
• Assisting with tour and marketing related issues.
• Confirming appointments with guests to ensure tour reservations and improve show rates.
• Ensuring all marketing initiatives are delivered.
• Building and developing a motivated team environment out in the field.
• Meeting or exceeding performance metrics.
• Ensuring guests meet minimum eligibility for gifts or promoting courtesy tours.
• Championing Hilton quality customer care service throughout all marketing channels.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year proven sales, sales related marketing, concierge, or optional tour and activity sales experience.
• Intermediate computer proficiency with the ability to learn.
• Able to work a flexible schedule to include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Fluency in English (speak, read and write).

Nice to Have

• 6 months or more previous experience working in the timeshare industry.
• Thorough understanding of the area with ability to explain activities, restaurants, and destinations.
