About the Role

Fast Lane North America is looking for a detail-driven and results-oriented Marketing Automation & CRM Campaign Coordinator to support our growing digital campaigns and email marketing strategy. You'll take ownership of building and deploying email sequences, managing audience segmentation, and ensuring campaign flows run smoothly through platforms like ActiveCampaign and Outreach. You will also be responsible for the end-to-end management of demand generation sessions and webinars, from administration and governance to presenter engagement and collaboration with our Operations team. Key Responsibilities

Write and build email sequences for promotions, lead nurture, event follow-ups, and course bundles
Set up and QA all campaign content in ActiveCampaign, Outreach, EMS ensuring flawless execution
Manage demand generation sessions and webinars, including organizational governance, administration, presenter engagement, and collaboration with the Operations team
Manage tagging logic and segmentation to reach the right audience with the right message
Track and support reporting on email performance metrics (opens, clicks, conversions)
Collaborate with marketing and sales to optimize messaging across the customer journey

Requirements

Excellent English writing, grammar, and proofreading skills
Hands-on experience with CRM and automation platforms (ActiveCampaign, Outreach, or similar)
Meticulous attention to detail and a knack for QA/testing
Understanding of lead nurture strategy, email segmentation, and marketing workflows
Basic analytics/reporting capabilities using Google Sheets or equivalent

Nice to Have

Prior experience working with B2B marketing or tech/education companies
Familiarity with marketing performance metrics and campaign tracking
Understanding of U.S. business culture and tone for client communications
Ability to manage campaigns across time zones and multiple lead sources
Experience with HTML coding for email marketing
Experience working for a U.S.-based company or North American marketing team

Qualifications

Proficiency in English
Experience with email marketing platforms such as ActiveCampaign, Outreach, or similar
Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools
Strong writing, proofreading, and grammar skills
