Marketing Role (MCC) - 100% Remote LATAM ONLY

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Create and edit certification guides, capability flyers, journey maps, and case studies
• Write internal enablement materials including battlecards, win wires, and one-pagers
• Translate complex offerings into clear, concise, and skimmable content for various audiences
• Support content efforts for SEO-optimized web content & social posts and internal sales communications
• Align messaging across teams and platforms to ensure consistency and clarity

Requirements

• Strong English writing, editing, and proofreading skills
• Ability to simplify technical content for business and sales audiences
• Familiarity with tone-of-voice guidelines and basic visual layout principles
• Experience creating marketing collateral and sales enablement content
• Basic understanding of SEO and content strategy best practices

Nice to Have

• Experience working with global tech vendors (e.g., Cisco, AWS, Microsoft, Palo Alto Networks) or the equivalent of
• Knowledge of IT certifications, technical training, or learning journey frameworks
• Comfort collaborating with distributed teams across time zones
• Familiarity with different CRMs like MS Dynamics or Salesforce
• Understanding of U.S. business culture and tone for client communications
• Prior experience working for a U.S.-based company or adapting content for a North American audience

Qualifications

• Experience with tools like Canva, Adobe Express, Google Docs, JIRA, and Microsoft 365
• Familiarity with GenAI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini)
