Marketing Sample Coordinator

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure continuous accuracy and timely flow of samples for all Marketing or Ecom projects depending on assigned media.
• Streamline sample handling across multiple media channels, ensuring samples are tracked and deadlines are met for availability on set.
• Ensure proper sample management through correct barcoding of samples and validation of style information in Workhorse.
• Capture thumbnail pictures for each sample submitted at Turn-In to ensure correct samples are photographed, reducing reshoots.
• Maintain organization in Sample Processing areas through processing of Outbound and Inbound Shipment, including scanning, boxing/unboxing, and sorting.
• Ensure Corporate samples are returned to merchants on a weekly schedule.
• Participate in Marketing and Ecom Turn-Ins by receiving, processing, and resolving discrepancies for all assets needed for each shot.
• Communicate any discrepancies or problems with samples to the Sample Manager in a timely manner, including late and missing samples.
• Manage Sample Queue to eliminate Aged Samples and communicate Rejected Samples.
• Understand the impact of sample handling in the Marketing Production process and act as a solution-based problem solver in partnership with the Manager, Marketing & Ecom Sample Team.
• Execute other projects as assigned by Manager, Marketing & Ecom Sample Team.
