Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate, manage, write, edit, and design proposals, brochures, and other marketing materials.
  • Provide administrative support for marketing activities across the firm.
  • Draft, format, edit, and proofread materials to ensure correct grammar and spelling.
  • Work with teams on capture planning and strategize responses to RFPs and RFQs.
  • Develop and maintain marketing collateral and tracking systems.
  • Compile qualification documents using internal resources and input from project managers and leadership.
  • Ensure on-time delivery of proposals and marketing materials.
  • Assist in creating company brochures and coordinating project photography/videography.
  • Maintain consistent formatting across proposals and company materials.
  • Prepare graphics for proposals and presentations.
  • Support the company's social media presence.
  • Track and distribute external bid advertisements to Project Managers and update the CRM system.
  • Operate marketing equipment such as laminators and binding machines.
  • Stay informed on print requirements for brochures, business cards, and displays.
  • Maintain professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Occasionally work irregular hours.

Requirements

  • Associate's degree in Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing or proposal writing, preferably in the Architecture & Engineering industry.
  • Experience working on federal proposals is a plus.
  • Corporate social media experience is a plus.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to pass a drug and alcohol test.
  • Proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Photoshop.

Qualifications

  • Associate's degree in Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing or proposal writing.
  • Experience in civil engineering or research is preferred.
  • Driver's License.
