This role is not just about managing a tech stack; it's about architecting the intelligent infrastructure that will orchestrate Miro's critical transition to a multi-product strategy. You will be at the center of scaling our growth across both our B2B enterprise and B2C SaaS businesses, building the technological foundation for our next chapter shoulder to shoulder with our Marketing Leadership team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive AI & Predictive Capabilities: Champion the use of AI across the marketing funnel, implement predictive analytics for lead scoring and churn prediction, leverage AI for deep personalization, and explore generative AI to scale content and creative development.
  • Instrument the Full Funnel: Own the marketing data ecosystem, ensuring a clean, trusted, and real-time view of performance to enable rapid, data-driven decisions that optimize conversion rates and lifetime value.
  • Master Marketing Automation & Architecture: Evolve marketing automation and customer engagement infrastructure into an intelligent engine for orchestrating complex, multi-channel user journeys and growth experiments.
  • Forge Strategic Cross-Functional Partnerships: Act as the key technology partner to leaders in Marketing, Sales, Data Science, and Engineering, translating business needs into technical requirements and ensuring seamless, integrated systems.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in marketing technology or a related field, with 3+ years leading and scaling high-performing teams.
  • Proven leadership of engineering teams building and maintaining marketing tech solutions, with a focus on innovation and efficiency.
  • Strong experience with agile methodologies in SaaS environments, enabling cross-functional collaboration between marketing, product, and engineering.
  • Deep expertise in designing and optimizing B2B/B2C martech stacks, including CRM (Salesforce), marketing automation (Marketo, Braze, HubSpot), CDPs/DMPs, and analytics tools (GA4, Tableau, Looker).
  • Strong grasp of marketing data architecture, instrumentation, attribution modeling, and governance to support data integrity, compliance, and lifecycle management.
  • Experience applying AI/ML in martech to drive personalization, predictive analytics, and campaign automation.
  • Strategic thinking with the ability to translate complex technical topics into business impact for senior leadership.
  • Excellent communication skills with a track record of influencing executives and aligning cross-functional teams on large-scale initiatives.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving transformation in fast-paced, evolving environments, particularly around new tech and AI adoption.
