About the Role

The MarTech team at Meta is responsible for driving sustainable and measurable consumer brand, product, and revenue growth globally through scalable marketing technology and centralized data infrastructure. The Marketing Technology Lead, Consumer Marketing, will manage the product strategy and roadmap for channel optimization, MMM, and new impact levers, working at the intersection of business, technology, and operations. This leadership role involves defining strategy, executing projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and influencing product and business strategies to enhance media channel performance and growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the Channel Optimization program, defining and executing the product roadmap for MMM and channel incrementality strategy.
  • Apply Understand, Identify, Execute (UIE) framework to develop new impact levers to drive consumer brand growth.
  • Develop strategy to achieve long-term and short-term goals for the AdTech and MarTech team.
  • Outline product features and deliverables through a clear understanding of channel optimization, MMMs, and incrementality.
  • Leverage data skills, analytics, and domain knowledge to craft effective solutions and develop the product roadmap.
  • Execute projects by working closely with Software and Data Engineering, Data Science, Product Growth, Media, and Brand marketing teams.
  • Manage execution of the Channel Optimization and new UIE program, ensuring timely and quality delivery.
  • Develop hypotheses and partner with team members to create experimentation and testing roadmaps.
  • Stay informed on industry trends in MarTech and AdTech to align insights and strategies.
  • Anticipate challenges, identify risks and opportunities early, and create durable solutions for sustained impact.
  • Project manage strategic initiatives including new technologies, privacy requirements, and tools evolution.
  • Develop processes to enable the team to leverage new capabilities, documenting and rolling out key processes.
  • Drive long-term growth through data analysis, product ideation, and experimentation to optimize channel performance.
  • Influence product and business strategy based on trends in paid media, brand, and direct response marketing.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of performance marketing and analytics industry experience.
  • Experience working with Marketing Mix Models, Channel Incrementality, and Experimentation.
  • Knowledge of brand measurement, brand survey, marketing analytics, and media data.
  • Experience with APIs, DSPs, paid social, and digital ad platforms such as DV360, TTD, Xandr, Meta, TikTok, Reddit, YouTube, Snap.
  • Experience working directly with paid media providers and data tracking setup.
  • Proficiency with Third Party Ad Servers (Campaign Manager/Google Marketing Cloud) and rich media technology.
  • Proven ability to collaborate and influence across technical and non-technical functions.
  • Experience leading projects in a collaborative, matrixed environment.
  • Experience working with multidisciplinary teams including software engineers, designers, product managers, and data scientists.
  • Proficiency in quantitative analysis and deriving insights from complex datasets.
  • Experience performing exploratory analysis to answer ambiguous questions.
  • Ability to manage time-sensitive projects and balance evolving priorities.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, technology, or related field, or equivalent work experience.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with data querying languages (e.g., SQL).
  • Experience with Meta's product suite and global go-to-market strategies.
  • Understanding of the digital marketing industry.
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms, data analytics tools, and performance marketing channels.
