Key Responsibilities

Develop and monitor key performance indicator dashboards for the entire Marketplace Ops team
Ensure that our data is trustworthy, reliable, and easy to access
Provide analytical support on projects related to Marketplace Ops (e.g., onboarding conversion funnel deep dives, impact sizing gains from tooling efficiency)
Identify clear trends in the data related to team operations, recommend business improvements, and clearly communicate insights

Requirements

3-5 years of relevant full-time work experience in a quantitative role across analytics, data, business operations or consulting
Ability to use SQL to query large datasets and experience with data visualization tools
Strong analytical rigor and a solid analytical foundation
Strategic problem-solving skills with the ability to break down ambiguous problems and apply a first principles approach
Strong communication skills to crisply convey actionable data-driven insights
Strong operations and business intuition to contextualize insights within broader business goals
Scrappy and resourceful attitude with a proactive approach to getting things done
Fast learner with curiosity and the ability to quickly understand new topics and skills

Nice to Have

Experience with data visualization tools
Experience in business operations or consulting
Understanding of operational and business metrics

Salary range of $129,000 to $177,000 per year (for San Francisco)
