The MDM Quality and Control Sr Associate Analyst will play a crucial role to ensure data accuracy and integrity by verifying data, performing root cause analysis, and leveraging best in class tools and processes. This role involves collaborating with teams to solve data challenges, provide training, and lead improvement initiatives, requiring a detail-oriented professional with strong analytical skills dedicated to maintaining data quality and driving innovation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular data verification, validation, and quality audits to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with SOPs, while identifying data anomalies and inconsistencies.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports on data quality metrics and document all QC activities, corrective actions, and compliance updates.
  • Investigate data quality issues through root cause analysis, recommend solutions, and participate in the implementation of preventive measures to maintain high data standards.
  • Provide support to team members on data quality standards and tools by knowledge transfer, promoting continuous improvement in data processes and systems.
  • Collaborate with data stewards, IT, and business units to address data-related issues, utilize data quality tools for automation, and stay informed on the latest technologies and data sources.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Administration, Data Management, or equivalent business experience.
  • Proficient communication skills for effective collaboration across organizational levels and fostering inclusive, team-oriented environments.
  • Experience in data management analytics, familiar with ERP systems, programming or scripting languages (e.g., Python, R, SQL), proficiency in MS Office Suite.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Demonstrates a digital mindset, adaptability to dynamic environments, and understanding of LEAN Six Sigma methodologies for process enhancement and innovation.
  • Ability to analyze data, perform root cause analysis, develop effective solutions, and provide guidance on data quality standards while understanding policies and regulatory requirements.

  • Experience with data automation tools and latest data technologies.
  • Knowledge of regulatory policies related to data quality and compliance.
