KSFY, part of Dakota News Now in Sioux Falls, is an award-winning television operation producing over 38 hours of news weekly, with state-of-the-art facilities and a strong community presence. The Media Executive role at KSFY involves developing and growing digital revenue through innovative digital marketing solutions in the Sioux Falls area.

Key Responsibilities

Consult with business owners, marketing and advertising executives, directors, and managers to develop and implement effective digital marketing strategies for their businesses.
Meet or exceed sales expectations, goals, and budgets, managing your own digital sales revenue for retention and growth.
Learn and master Dakota News Now digital advertising products and Gray Digital Media's suite of digital services, including Programmatic, OTT, Email, Social, SEM, and SEO.
Develop, retain, and grow client relationships in northern South Dakota.
Manage your digital book of business using client management tools and software.
Design, write, and present marketing proposals and PowerPoint presentations.
Communicate and collaborate effectively across all Dakota News Now/Gray Digital Media departments and support staff.

Requirements

Sales experience preferred but not necessary.
Strong work ethic and a solid understanding of digital marketing.
Ability to learn and master digital advertising products and tools.
Excellent communication and client relationship management skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to manage a digital book of business independently.

Nice to Have

Previous sales experience in digital marketing or media.

Qualifications

No specific formal qualifications are explicitly required, but a background in sales or digital marketing is preferred.
