Job Description

About the Role

The ML Engineer will design, develop, and deploy advanced machine learning and generative AI solutions, including RAG and image generation, utilizing LLMs, prompt engineering, and MLOps best practices. The role involves collaborating across teams to integrate technologies such as Azure and Snowflake into scalable and secure AI applications, contributing to innovative AI-driven business solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Build generative AI systems using Azure OpenAI, Cognitive Search, and Snowflake Cortex.
Fine-tune large language models (LLMs) and small language models (SLMs) using techniques like RLHF and prompt tuning.
Develop CI/CD pipelines and implement model observability features such as hallucination detection.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver business-driven AI solutions.
Maintain documentation and stay current with advancements in AI technology.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or 7+ years of software development experience.
4-6 years of experience in ML, MLOps, or software development, including 1+ year in generative AI.
Proficiency in Python, LangChain, Hugging Face, and PyTorch.
Experience with Azure (OpenAI, ML, DevOps) and Snowflake (Snowpark, ML, Cortex).
Strong understanding of RAG, vector databases, and prompt engineering.
Familiarity with MLOps tools such as MLflow, Docker, Kubernetes, and GitHub Actions.

Nice to Have

Experience with deploying and managing AI models in cloud environments.
Knowledge of hallucination detection and model observability techniques.
Experience working in collaborative, cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

Educational background in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience.
Experience with ML and MLOps tools and frameworks.
Technical proficiency in Python and related AI/ML libraries.
