About the Role

We are seeking a Mobile Developer to join our mobile team. This individual will work on either the iOS or Android platform to develop new features and functions that enhance user engagement and improve the overall mobile experience. The role includes building features that support pre-arrival planning and in-app interactivity. Key Responsibilities

Design and develop software enhancements, components, and new applications
Participate in software design, coding, and code reviews
Pilot new technologies and contribute to architectural decisions
Collaborate across teams to solve problems and deliver features
Recommend improvements to processes and technologies
Build and maintain scalable, high-performance Flutter applications for iOS and Android
Contribute to testing (unit, widget, integration)
Document technical decisions and contribute to internal knowledge bases

Requirements

Strong foundation in computer science fundamentals, especially around code quality and design patterns
Proficiency in Flutter, with additional experience in Swift or Kotlin
Experience with networking protocols such as HTTP, RFID, Bluetooth, and socket connections
Familiarity with RESTful web services
Skills in software performance optimization (memory, CPU, scaling, etc.)
Experience with guest notification systems (Push, RFID, Bluetooth, etc.)
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams across various locations and time zones
Detail-oriented, self-organized, and committed to quality
Capable of managing multiple tasks and virtual teams
Strong time management and prioritization skills

Nice to Have

Experience with app network stack redesign
Experience with storage handling capabilities
Experience building map features and UI animation features
Experience creating reusable widgets and cart-related features

Qualifications

Experience in mobile application development for iOS and Android
Proficiency in Flutter, Swift, or Kotlin
