Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in gathering market data and analyzing trends in mobility, automotive, and materials sectors.
  • Track competitor activity, customer developments, and relevant regulatory changes.
  • Support planning and execution of commercialization programs by preparing timelines, tracking deliverables, and updating internal tools and documents.
  • Assist in scheduling and coordinating cross-functional team meetings and follow-ups.
  • Help compile presentations, market briefs, and internal reports to support customer engagements and business development activities.
  • Contribute to value proposition development by collecting and organizing technical and commercial insights.
  • Monitor key program metrics and help maintain dashboards to track progress toward commercialization goals.
  • Work with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely data reporting.
  • Assist with product launch activities, including market segmentation, channel planning, and marketing collateral preparation.
  • Help document case studies, program learnings, and market feedback for internal use.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Materials Science, Chemistry, or a closely related technical discipline.
  • 5+ years of experience with advanced composites or thermoplastic materials, including design, material selection, processing, and performance evaluation.
  • Direct experience in the automotive, aerospace, or transportation sectors, with exposure to product development cycles and OEM/Tier 1 supplier engagement.
  • 3+ years in a business development, marketing, or commercial support role, with demonstrated ability to translate technical capabilities into market opportunities.
  • Evidence of successful project execution, customer engagement, and contribution to strategic growth initiatives.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to draw insights from market and program data.
  • Eagerness to learn and take initiative in a dynamic, evolving business environment.
  • Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English to support global collaboration.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
