About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Multi-Channel Marketing Associate to join our dynamic marketing team. In this role, you will support our marketing efforts across content syndication, account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives, and direct mail. You will work closely with senior team members to assist in the planning, execution, and analysis of multi-channel marketing campaigns. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in developing multi-channel marketing strategies and contribute to the success of our marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Support content syndication efforts by helping to identify relevant platforms, manage vendors, own implementation, and monitor performance.
Contribute to ABM campaigns by assisting with account briefs, targeting strategies, and creative creation processes.
Assist in the development and execution of direct mail campaigns, including list management, creative coordination, and tracking.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and external vendors to build, launch and optimize campaigns across platforms.
Help maintain and update campaign tracking spreadsheets and reports.
Assist in the creation and optimization of landing pages for various marketing campaigns.
Support the team in budget management and campaign performance tracking.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content, creative, and sales, to ensure alignment of marketing efforts.
Help prepare presentations and reports on campaign performance for stakeholders.
Assist in the research of industry trends and best practices in paid media, direct mail, content syndication, and ABM.
Support the team in vendor management and communication.
Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for campaign improvements and new initiatives.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
0-2 years of experience in marketing, preferably with exposure to paid media, direct mail, or digital marketing.
Basic understanding of marketing principles and practices.
Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot, Salesforce) is a plus.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw insights.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Eagerness to learn and grow in the field of paid media and multi-channel marketing.
Basic knowledge of digital advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads) is beneficial.
Creativity and problem-solving skills to contribute to campaign ideation and optimization.

Nice to Have

Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot, Salesforce).
Basic knowledge of digital advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads).

Qualifications
