The role of the New Revenue and Expansion Lifecycle Marketing Manager is to develop and execute marketing strategies focused on New Revenue and Expansion goals, acting as a bridge between the New Revenue team and the wider Expansion Marketing organization, with a focus on driving significant revenue growth through innovative marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Go zero to one and build out brand new growth levers end to end that accelerate acquisition and monetization.
  • Cut across product management, engineering, design, and analytics to bring new concepts to life.
  • Dive deep on highly technical concepts and translate existing capabilities into future possibilities for the company.
  • Develop and implement strategic marketing plans for New Revenue to achieve business objectives that uncover new streams of revenue and drive customer growth and monetization.
  • Implement A/B testing and rapid experimentation to validate new growth levers and scale successful initiatives.
  • Embrace a growth mindset by launching a wide variety of new experiments and pilots to assess viability of new ideas, demonstrating speed, agility, and action-orientation.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Collaborate with the New Revenue team and other cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of pilot programs and initiatives, managing priorities and backlogs.
  • Oversee the creation and execution of New Revenue-specific marketing campaigns, including email, IPC campaigns, performance marketing, promotions, and partnerships.
  • Track and analyze key performance metrics to refine growth strategies continuously.
  • Influence marketing budgets to ensure efficient resource allocation and ROI maximization.
  • Foster strong relationships with key partners, including the New Revenue team, PLG leadership, Lifecycle Marketing leadership, and Growth Marketing leadership.
  • Stay aware of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Be accountable to New Revenue goals, aiming to deliver $100M in new revenue over three years by incubating new and incremental revenue streams.

Requirements

  • BS/BA degree or equivalent in marketing experience.
  • 5+ years of marketing experience.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies.
  • Experience translating technical concepts into business requirements and product experiences.
  • Experience simulating product experiences through analytical functions, scripts, and marketing channels.

Qualifications

  • Educational background of BS/BA degree or equivalent in marketing.

Benefits & Perks

  • Pay ranges in California from $101,500 to $156,750 base salary, depending on location and experience.
  • Bonus: Variable incentive pay for sales roles; company bonus plan for non-sales roles based on company performance.
