Oliver Wyman - Social Media Strategist

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Evolve Oliver Wyman's social media strategy as part of the Center of Excellence, providing guidance, data insights, and support to stakeholders for social media success.
• Develop and refine the editorial voice and content strategy to balance brand integrity with platform-specific language and tone.
• Create, schedule, and evaluate content for global and cross-regional campaigns aligned with brand and social media standards.
• Lead social marketing campaigns linked to regional events and sponsorships, offering real-time coverage and advising on asset use.
• Promote employer and executive advocacy by encouraging adoption of social media management tools and strategies.
• Act as a trusted social media advisor, sharing best practices, managing workflows, and collaborating with Marketing and stakeholders.
• Explore and implement innovative social media marketing tactics, staying curious about new platform features and technological advances.
• Oversee management of social media presence, including KPI tracking, performance reporting, ongoing optimization, and AI enablement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or equivalent editorial experience.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of marketing or communications experience with direct responsibility for social media.
• Deep passion for social media channels with understanding of platform mechanics and best practices for LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Experience with social media management and listening tools such as Sprout Social is highly advantageous.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, adept at tailoring messages for various formats and audiences.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, initiative, solutions-focused approach, and creativity in developing brand awareness strategies.
• Strong interpersonal skills, collaborative spirit, and a sense of ownership.
• Ability to remain calm and focused under pressure.
