About the Role

Career Now Brands is searching for a Paid Media Coordinator who will work alongside a team of designers, programmers, and marketing specialists to launch and measure the impact of online advertising campaigns, helping over 100 companies across the United States meet their employment needs. The primary industries of focus are trucking, warehouse, retail, and education. This position involves creating, managing, and optimizing campaigns on various channels such as Google, Meta, and job boards, while seeking out new acquisition sources. The role is based in Royal Oak, MI, with one remote work day to start, in a modern office environment that reflects the culture of an innovative tech company in Detroit.

Key Responsibilities

Create, manage, and optimize online advertising campaigns across channels including Google, Meta, and job boards.
Seek out new acquisition sources to expand advertising reach.
Measure and analyze the impact of advertising campaigns to ensure effectiveness.
Collaborate with a team of designers, programmers, and marketing specialists to achieve campaign goals.

Requirements

Familiarity with Meta Ads, proficiency preferred.
Familiarity with Google Ads, proficiency preferred.
Familiarity with Google Analytics.
Experience managing $5K+ monthly digital advertising budgets is preferred.
Understanding of SEO and web traffic data.
Strong attention to detail, organization, and self-motivation.
Excellent time management and communication skills.

Proficiency in Meta Ads.
Proficiency in Google Ads.
Experience managing large digital advertising budgets.

Qualifications

Mid-level experience in digital advertising or related field.
