About the Role

Adtalem Global Education is a national leader in post-secondary education and a leading provider of professional talent to the healthcare industry. The company focuses on equitable access to education, nurturing student success, and expanding the healthcare talent pipeline. It operates on a hybrid schedule with four in-office days per week, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment. The Paid Media Manager role involves creating marketing plans and implementing strategies to meet institutional objectives, including brand awareness and enrollment growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create marketing plans and implement long and short-term marketing strategies to meet institution objectives.
  • Develop and execute marketing plans that position the institution competitively through branding initiatives, targeted marketing activities, and vendor selections.
  • Focus on enrollment growth and brand awareness through integrated campaigns.
  • Oversee the creation of marketing collateral such as brochures, posters, print ads, videos, photographs, presentations, and direct mail.
  • Assist in producing promotional videos for the institution.
  • Manage and oversee the marketing budget, including planning and reconciliation.
  • Build and maintain vendor relationships with advertising agencies, public relations, fulfillment houses, and others.
  • Work with team members to integrate campaigns into web design, prospect nurturing campaigns, and other operational areas including student and enrollment services.
  • Ensure compliance with institution design standards and trademarked assets.
  • Collaborate with the executive team and organization’s administration on special projects.
  • Complete other duties as assigned and ensure compliance with policies and standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in marketing.
  • Six (6) or more years of marketing experience and managing staff.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Internet, and web applications.
  • Experience in ROI measurement and metrics development to assess marketing effectiveness.
  • Strong management and supervisory skills with demonstrated leadership abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of marketing techniques and financial principles.
  • Extensive website management and creative experience.
  • Ability to travel approximately 30%.

Nice to Have

  • Master's Degree in marketing or related field.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in marketing.
  • Master's Degree Preferred.
  • Six (6) plus years marketing experience and managing staff.
