About the Role

The Paid Media Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid media campaigns across various digital channels including Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and programmatic DMP/DSP platforms. The role involves monitoring campaign performance, analyzing key metrics, managing budgets, collaborating with internal teams and clients, and staying up to date with the latest digital advertising trends and platform updates to ensure effective campaign delivery and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across various channels including Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and programmatic DMP/DSP platforms.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and provide actionable insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Manage budgets effectively, allocate resources efficiently, and ensure campaigns are meeting goals.
  • Work directly with sales and strategy teams in the production of digital campaigns.
  • May work directly with the client to obtain assets needed to produce digital marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including creative, content, strategy, and analytics to ensure cohesive campaign execution and alignment with overall marketing initiatives.
  • Create compelling ad copy and visuals that resonate with target audiences and drive engagement.
  • Act as a direct liaison between digital vendors and 2060 Digital.
  • Remain up to date with platform updates, algorithm changes, latest digital trends and products, and new advertising features to leverage opportunities for optimization and innovation.
  • Attend market/ops calls and facilitate meetings from an operations perspective.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Three (3+) years of digital advertising experience preferred, within an agency or large marketing department.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field.
  • Strong understanding of Google or Meta platforms and the ability to become Google or Meta certified within the first 90 days of employment.
  • Proven experience in the setup, launch, optimization, and management of display, SEM/PPC, video, paid social campaigns in various platforms and DMP/DSPs.
  • Ability to gather and analyze data, create reports, and present findings to clients.
  • In-depth knowledge of digital advertising best practices, strategies, and tactics.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly organized with strong project management and time management skills.
  • Must be highly creative, flexible, and deadline-oriented with strong attention to detail.
  • Strong focus on customer service and ability to present ideas to internal and external customers.
  • Advanced-level knowledge of technology, web, and latest digital trends.
  • Strong analytical, planning, forecasting, and research skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, establishing and maintaining good working relationships.
  • Ability to work in compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Project an appropriate professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Ability to work established schedule and other hours as needed, including evenings and weekends.

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with a variety of agency concepts, practices, and procedures.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field.
