We're looking for a Paid Search & Social Manager to join our high-performing media team within a dynamic, fast-growing agency environment. This role is ideal for someone who lives and breathes performance marketing, thrives on data-driven decision-making, and is energized by the challenge of scaling campaigns for complex clients, including gaming, entertainment, and tech. As the Paid Search & Social Manager, you'll lead strategy, execution, and optimization across platforms like Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging channels. You'll partner closely with strategy, creative, and analytics teams to deliver full-funnel campaigns that meet and exceed client KPIs.

Key Responsibilities

Lead strategy, execution, and optimization of paid search and social campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging channels.
Partner closely with strategy, creative, and analytics teams to deliver full-funnel campaigns.
Scale campaigns for complex clients, including gaming, entertainment, and tech.

Requirements

Experience in performance marketing and managing paid search and social campaigns.

Ability to analyze data and optimize campaigns accordingly.
Experience working with clients in gaming, entertainment, or tech industries is a plus.
