IDR is seeking a Paid Search Specialist to join one of their top clients in Los Angeles, CA. This dynamic role involves optimizing existing campaigns and developing new strategies to enhance user acquisition across global search platforms. Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with our client’s team to manage and optimize conversion-focused global search accounts on platforms like Google Ads, Search Ads 360, and TikTok.
Conduct keyword research, provide recommendations, and implement strategies to improve campaign performance.
Analyze ad copy and implement updates to enhance engagement and conversion rates.
Develop and set up tests to evaluate campaign effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
Provide ongoing reporting and insights to inform strategic decisions.

Requirements

2+ years of experience in managing Google Ads Search campaigns.
Proficiency with Search Ads 360 and strong Excel skills.
In-depth knowledge of the gaming industry, with a preference for candidates who have played or are familiar with Riot games.
Experience with TikTok search is advantageous, though not mandatory.
