About the Role

The Paid Social Strategist (Remote US) role at Abe, a new agency within the Directive family, focuses on social media advertising for B2B clients, primarily leveraging LinkedIn to reach, engage, and convert target audiences. This position offers an opportunity to be part of a fast-growing, innovative consultancy dedicated to pushing the boundaries of social media marketing and building custom strategies for mid-market and enterprise clients. The role reports to the Associate Director and is integral to the LinkedIn media team, working on creating high-performing LinkedIn strategies and executing paid media campaigns in a collaborative, remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee and lead a collection of Social Media accounts.
Serve as direct support to client contacts.
Weekly communication with vendors or operational partners to ensure alignment on tasks, work quality, and improvements.
Build strategies for clients each quarter.
Create, maintain, and optimize budgets for paid media campaigns.
Deeply understand client positioning and unique value propositions.
Confirm lead routing is accurate within a CRM.
Ensure personal productivity and utilization.
Work directly with the Associate Director to ensure internal and client goals are being achieved.
Understand the value of Programmatic campaigns.
Drive cross-sells, upsells, and referrals via client relationships and professional network.
Execute and optimize advertising campaigns within LinkedIn, including ad copywriting, TAM development, and targeting to maximize ROI.
Communicate results, create custom strategies, and execute paid media deliverables for clients.

Requirements

2+ years experience working at a performance/digital marketing agency, preferably with B2B.
Deep expertise in paid social advertising campaigns, specifically LinkedIn Ads.
Understanding of different Ad Units within LinkedIn such as conversation ads, document ads, CTV, and more.
Proficiency in advertising platforms and tools like LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Zoominfo, 6Sense, etc.
Strong understanding of paid principles, including keyword research, ad copywriting, bid management, and campaign optimization.
Ability to analyze campaign performance data using tools like Google Analytics, GA4, Excel, or other analytics platforms.
Experience with audience segmentation by tier, job title, etc.
Proven success with mid-market or enterprise accounts.
Ability to translate strategy into data-driven stories.
Excellent organizational, prioritization, and project management skills.
Ability to work remotely with reliable internet and professional setup.

Nice to Have

Bonus for experience in B2B marketing.
Experience with OCT (Optimization Conversion Tracking).
Experience with programmatic campaigns.

Qualifications

Established work authorization in the US or relevant country.
Ability to operate a laptop and necessary software tools.
