About the Role

The Digital Media Manager, on Kepler's Optimization & Innovation team, will manage and guide a team that uses data-driven insights, innovative best practices, and creativity to design, launch, and manage digital marketing campaigns for a key B2B client account. Kepler executes engineered marketing by leveraging data and technology across paid digital media and CRM channels, acting as an agency of record, in-house team, or hybrid. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage 3-5 Optimization & Innovation Analysts & Senior Analysts
  • Act as subject matter expert and point of escalation for senior client contacts
  • Become an expert with media trading platforms and analytics tools across multiple digital channels, including Display, Mobile, Search, Social, and Online Video
  • Provide input and guidance around campaign design and innovation
  • Launch and actively optimize campaigns across trading platforms
  • Work with the Media Analytics team to facilitate reporting and ad hoc analyses
  • Collaborate with the Client Solutions team to understand client goals, provide campaign insights, and communicate results
  • Codify and share best practices across teams

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of digital optimization experience and digital advertising account management, account-based marketing (ABM), lead generation
  • Experience planning, buying, and optimizing paid social campaigns (e.g., Meta ads, LinkedIn ads)
  • Experience managing 2 or more direct reports
  • Bachelor's degree with major or minor in a quantitative discipline (e.g., Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, Statistics, Physics)
  • Strong analytical skills, and comfort with MS Excel, data analysis, and internet technologies
  • Proven ability to think creatively about challenging analytic problems
  • Dynamic communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to self-manage, juggle multiple priorities, and pay strong attention to details
  • Ability to contribute to a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, innovative, collaborative, team-based environment

Nice to Have

  • Experience in digital advertising account management and account-based marketing (ABM)
  • Experience with media trading platforms and analytics tools
  • Experience with social media advertising platforms such as Meta and LinkedIn

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline such as Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, Statistics, or Physics
