Part Time Social Media Coordinator

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and enhance the company's social media presence.
• Create engaging content for social media channels.
• Monitor social media channels and interact with the audience.
• Answer phone calls, take messages, and forward them to the appropriate person.
• Greet incoming clients and visitors, providing a friendly and professional first impression.
• Provide general administrative support as needed.

Requirements

• Some experience as a Social Media Coordinator or similar role.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative mindset with the ability to develop original and engaging content.
• Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
• Basic knowledge of graphic design and video editing software (e.g., Canva, Capcut) is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Stay updated on the latest social media trends and best practices.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Nice to Have

• Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Experience with paid social media advertising.
