Part-Time Social Media Manager

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Post prepared video and graphic content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube (most weekdays).
• Maintain a consistent posting schedule and ensure captions, hashtags, and tags are properly applied.
• Monitor engagement (likes, comments, shares) and alert the team to client/community interactions.
• Assist in setting up any missing profiles or optimizing current ones for better reach.
• Collaborate with firm leadership to brainstorm ideas for future campaigns or community-focused content.

Requirements

• Current college student or recent graduate preferred (Marketing, Communications, or related fields a plus).
• Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube posting.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to follow brand guidelines and maintain a professional online presence.
• Creative mindset with interest in digital marketing or social media trends.
• Spanish fluency is a plus but not required.
