About the Role

Teambridge is the world's first flexible workforce management platform, built mobile-first and fully composable, designed to automate tasks such as hiring, onboarding, time tracking, and scheduling for a large and on-the-go workforce. Based in San Francisco and funded by General Catalyst, Mayfield, and leading angel investors, Teambridge aims to redefine workforce management solutions with a focus on flexibility, efficiency, and intuitiveness.

Key Responsibilities

Write engaging, on-brand copy for organic social posts, primarily on LinkedIn, and secondarily on Facebook and Instagram.
Develop creative campaign concepts to increase reach and engagement, aligned with the content calendar.
Brief designers effectively on social graphics and carousels; create quick designs in Canva or Figma if capable.
Build and maintain a consistent posting cadence and content calendar.
Monitor social media performance and share insights on what content resonates to refine strategies.
Stay up-to-date with social media and B2B trends to ensure content relevance.

Requirements

Proven track record of growing social media followings.
Strong writing skills to craft concise, compelling posts for a B2B audience.
Creative thinker capable of suggesting innovative ideas.
Basic design literacy and ability to brief designers effectively.
Ability to edit and subtitle short videos using simple tools like Descript, CapCut, or Canva.
Highly organized with the ability to manage a content calendar.
Experience with social analytics and reporting.
