Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement partner marketing strategies aligned with business objectives. Conduct market research to identify trends, partner capabilities, and competitive insights.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with key partners to foster collaboration and mutual success. Co-create and execute joint marketing campaigns with partners.
  • Plan, manage, and optimize partner marketing campaigns to ensure alignment with global marketing goals. Monitor campaign performance and adjust tactics to maximize ROI.
  • Manage partner marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation and tracking of expenses.
  • Collaborate with sales, product, and other internal teams to align partner marketing efforts with broader company goals. Ensure clear internal communication around partner initiatives and outcomes.
  • Ensure all partner marketing activities adhere to Creatio's brand guidelines. Adapt global brand strategies to regional and cultural contexts.
  • Prepare regular reports on campaign performance, ROI, and key metrics. Leverage data and feedback to continuously improve marketing strategies.
  • Plan and track joint events, webinars, and trade shows with partners. Develop promotional strategies to drive attendance and engagement.
  • Oversee digital marketing initiatives related to partnerships, including SEO, PPC, email, and social media. Create and curate compelling content that highlights partner value propositions.
  • Implement strategies to enhance customer experience through partner collaborations. Collect and analyze customer feedback to inform marketing decisions.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in partner marketing, channel marketing, or related field.
  • Proven track record of managing successful partner campaigns and relationships.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, campaign analytics, and event planning.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
  • Experience working in a global, fast-paced tech environment is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
