About the Role

This is an individual contributor role within the Consumer Bank Healthcare Partnerships team with an opportunity to grow into larger strategic responsibilities. The Partner Senior Relationship Manager will report to the Head of Partnerships. This position will own end-to-end B2B and B2B2C partnerships in support of the KeyBank Consumer Healthcare strategy. Role includes owning day-to-day partner relationship and strategy, driving revenue growth, negotiating product expansion and adoption, managing marketing initiatives, and providing results reporting and insights.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ownership of healthcare partner relationships, including day-to-day management, partnership growth plans, budget and forecast, partner program marketing and events, monthly partner reporting and insights, compliance and contractual areas.
  • Develop a deep understanding of partner audience - their educational journey, career milestones, financial needs and pain points, what drives/motivates them and how KeyBank can support on their financial journey.
  • Develop thoughtful and strategic marketing plans that go beyond the day-to-day - using creative marketing tactics, segmentation and tailored messaging. Deliverables could include webinars, digital, events, social, etc.
  • Ability to adapt strategies based on internal business priorities and be nimble with partner management and engagement activities.
  • Proactively look for growth opportunities to expand product suite with existing partners and increase adoption with existing products. Execute end-to-end product expansions.
  • Collaborate with Business Development and Enablement teams to onboard new partners and ensure a seamless launch plan and handoff.
  • Conduct comprehensive analysis of partner results to evaluate performance, monitor forecast, and develop actionable insights for growth campaigns and initiatives.
  • Share insights/learnings both internally and externally, along with strategic solutions to improve performance.

Requirements

  • College degree or equivalent experience, MBA a plus.
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in marketing, account management or sales.
  • Experience interfacing independently with executives both internal and external, with a proven ability to influence people.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to present to executives with confidence.
  • Collaborative, solutions-oriented, with creative problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to build strong working relationships and credibility across all levels of the organization and with partners.
  • Strong financial acumen and understanding of success metrics for initiatives.
  • Experience developing marketing strategies, creating targeted campaigns, and delivering end-to-end marketing plans.
  • Strategic thinker and influencer, comfortable expressing ideas to management and partners.
  • Analytical thinker focused on optimizing customer experience and success.
  • Enthusiasm for planning, execution, and following through on ideas.
  • High standards of quality and professionalism.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in the financial sector.
  • Degree in Business, Communications, Marketing or related field.

Qualifications

  • College degree or equivalent experience, MBA a plus.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in relevant fields.

Benefits & Perks

  • Position is eligible for a base salary in the range of $100,000 to $130,000 annually depending on location and experience.
  • Eligibility for short-term and deferred incentive compensation based on performance.
