About the Role

The Associate Manager, Partnership Marketing will play a critical role in managing small to midsized device and distribution partners supported by the Global Partnership Marketing team at Disney+. The role involves building strong relationships with partners, executing marketing campaigns, and collaborating with internal teams to support Disney+'s growth and engagement strategies within a leading global entertainment company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the main day-to-day contact for assigned partners, helping to build strong, collaborative relationships that support shared success and align with team and company goals.
  • Work closely with partners by regularly communicating programming priorities for Disney+, ESPN DTC, and the Bundle to keep everyone informed and aligned.
  • Execute marketing campaigns around key title tentpoles that drive acquisition, engagement, and retention for SVOD services.
  • Build strong relationships with internal teams—including creative, legal, programming, product marketing, business development, technical account, and regional marketing teams—to coordinate campaign assets, approvals, and timelines.
  • Oversee team reporting, manage asset requests and delivery workflows to ensure operational efficiency and clear communication across stakeholders.
  • Support senior leadership by preparing campaign updates, delivering insights through reporting, and providing tactical support for high-priority partner accounts.
  • Contribute ideas, share best practices, and support colleagues to foster a collaborative team environment.
  • Participate in special projects and high-impact initiatives involving cross-functional collaboration and strategic visibility.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in partner marketing within a subscription-based or direct-to-consumer business, brand marketing, or integrated marketing, preferably in media, streaming, or consumer technology.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Strong understanding of the OTT, SVOD, and CTV landscape, along with digital marketing, partner ecosystems, and growth strategies.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external partners at all levels, including cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and communicate effectively.
  • Analytical mindset with experience using campaign data to inform strategies.
  • Adaptable, flexible, and proactive with a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Experience supporting international markets or collaborating with global stakeholders is a plus.
